New York City is my reality.
A city where dreamers are a dime a dozen.
A city where anything is possible.
A city that makes dreams reality.
A city that has something for everyone.
New York has no boundaries.
This little island is the center of the world. It is setting precedents for the world. If it happens in New York City word spreads like fire. This is why people come here. It is why I am here.
The High Line Park is a great example. An abandoned, elevated industrial railway turned park in the sky. It is credited with revitalizing what is now the hippest neighborhood in town, one of the coolest in the world, the Meatpacking District.
If New York does it then every other city in the world must follow suit. Now cities from Chicago to San Francisco are planning the next great elevated park. It is actually a race to see who can raise the funds needed to rehab the deteriorating railways.
Going far back into history, New York City built the first public park in the world, Central Park. And what happened next? It began a park frenzy across the country. Every city had to have one.
People around the world look to NYC during Fashion Week in the winter and fall to copy the latest trends. If neon is on the runway and fashion critics love it then it sweeps the nation! Everyone will be wearing neon yellow in no time! Yay neons!
We have NYC to thank for the flash mob craze too. It all started in a rug store over ten years ago. Now everyone is flashing and mobbing all over the place. It has become so popular that criminals are now using them as diversions. Beware of the dancer with the ski mask!
Thank you New York City.
You are making the world better.
You are making the world exciting.
You are making the world greener.
You are the world changer.
